Shipping & Pickup Policy

All orders will take 1-7 business days to be processed.

Pre-orders will take 1-4 WEEKS

All orders placed on our website are shipped via USPS with 1-3 shipping based on your proximity to Houston, Texas. We also offer INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

PLEASE NOTE THAT Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be sure to put your correct address, we are not responsible for ANY lost or returned packages. Weekends & Holidays does not count as business days.

ALL HIGH RISK FRAUDULENT ORDERS WHERE THE SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESSES ARE DIFFERENT WILL BE CONTACTED ASAP TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY & THE PURCHASE BEFORE WE GO FORWARD WITH FULFILLING YOUR ORDER. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CANCELED ORDER & NO FUTURE ORDERS CAN BE PLACED. 

Please be able to pickup your order when pickup notification is sent. We are an online boutique not a storage, your order will be refunded and your items will be restocked after 3 days of notification.

For pickup option please be aware that this is an online boutique, so hours, days, and location are subject to change.
